WHAT IS NEXT GEN?

We use the term "Next Gen" to describe the ministries that endeavor to serve the next generation at Village Church. This includes Village Kids (Sunday Mornings, Birth - 4th Grade), Awana (Monday Evenings, Age 3 - 6th Grade), The 5/6 (Sunday Mornings and Evenings, Grades 5 & 6), and Forge (Thursday Evenings, 7th Grade - 12th Grade). 2026 - 2027 Next Gen Theme

During the 2026 – 2027 ministry year in Next Gen we will focus on what the Lord is doing to BUILD His kingdom and how we can each be a part of it. Walking with Jesus, established on and in Him, building up and building out—with hearts overflowing with thanksgiving. Our prayer is that we would each BUILD into the everlasting kingdom of Jesus, and not the fleeting kingdom of ourselves. We are excited to see what the Lord will BUILD.
